Reporting to the Business Continuity Manager, this person will be responsible for supporting areas of Emergency Management and Response coordination, business continuity planning, web administration, and occasional IT Disaster Recovery planning. This role is a part of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) team which involves preparedness, planning, monitoring and testing. Responsibilities Emergency Management (EM) Emergency Response (ER) Planning Maintain EM tools, dashboards, notification systems, alert systems, etc. Maintain inventories of Emergency Supply items (i.e. blankets, flashlights, masks, tourniquets, etc.) that supplement standard building safety equipment basic first aid kits. Develop building evacuation plans that require evacuation maps, drawings, etc. Maintain BCM Field Office Evacuation, Shelter-In-Place, Lockdown Plans and Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain schedule of office training drills. Support administration of fire drills at field offices. Business Continuity (BC) IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning Assist with BC, IT DR Plan development and testing processes. Facilitate IT DR plans, IT DR test documentation, schedules, etc. Maintain Risk, Threat and Vulnerability Assessments. Assist with logistical coordination and set-up for tabletop exercises. Web Administration Assist with maintaining and updating BCM SharePoint site. Ensure a user-friendly and optimal user experience. Support establishment of web system specifications by analyzing access, information, and security requirements. Attend meetings and workshops related to BCM areas. Record and keep track of BCM Tests, Training, Exercise and Awareness items.
