We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Account Manager/Representative in the South Central Region office located in Carrollton, TX. The Business Development Account Manager/Representative will provide support and service for both the company and its customers. It's an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who will be responsible for promoting sales through our website to our Customer/Dealer network. Responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining and advancing accounts by regularly contacting customers. This position reports to the Business Development Manager. Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to): * Develop customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service with incoming customer calls * Seek out new business opportunities making outbound sales calls to existing customers * Ensure assigned customers understand and know how to utilize our technologies * Grow technology adoption and usage rates * Explain and demo all functions of the company's suite of digital tools, including an eCommerce website and Mobile app * Grow sales/gross margin with assigned customers * Use sales and account management processes to consult with customers to increase their knowledge of our products and programs * Communicate effectively both externally and internally * Other duties assigned by management Education/Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in college preferred (Marketing or Business majors) * HS Diploma or GED required * Customer Service experience (prefer at least 2 years' applicable experience) * High level of Customer Service * Charismatic attitude * Self-Starter * Strong follow through and follow up skills * Excellent communication skills -- both written and verbal * Multi-tasking with strong sense of urgency * Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal guidance * Excellent computer skills including MS Office products * Knowledge of HVAC terminology and HVAC product knowledge is a plus * Experience with CRM software a plus (ex. Salesforce)
