Job responsibilities include but not limited to:Daily maintenance and management of the corporate pipeline using SalesforceFrequent engagement with Division Managers and Group VPs to track/provide updates on specific opportunities and intelTrack and qualify draft solicitations, live solicitations, or other opportunities of interest identified in the corporate pipelineMonitor, manage, and vet task orders as they are released on existing Prime and Sub IDIQ contractsSearch for new opportunities using a variety of tools such as FBO, GovWin, and GSA eBuyParticipate in regular business development and/or pipeline review meetingsLeverage relationships with industry partners to identify and/or qualify opportunitiesInitiate contact with teaming partners and develops work arrangementsForm teaming strategies to optimize win probabilityHelp develop win strategies, win themes, value propositions, capture and proposal themesMaintain corporate intelligence on potential customers, teaming partners, and competitorsProvide written and oral reports to senior management on capture status per opportunityAttend meetings and trade shows to establish and maintain industry partnerships, teaming arrangements, etc.Maintain corporate intelligence on competitors and teaming partnersAssist in capture and proposal activities as neededSupport and provide relevant information for meetings with government personnel to establish and maintain relationshipsProvide analysis for specific opportunities, markets and trends, and ad hoc requestsMinimum Qualifications:A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Federal Government contractingDue to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US citizenship is requiredMust have the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearanceExcellent research skillsExcellent written and communications skillsAbility to be a self-starterAnalytical skills with strong attention to detailKnowledge of government solicitation documents, including standard RFP structureExperience with MS Office suite and ability to create, format, and manipulate Excel spreadsheets and develop PowerPoint presentationsAbility to manage and prioritize time between regular duties, ad hoc requests, and higher-level corporate priorities/initiativesAbility to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentDesired Qualifications:Experience with WordPress and basic website maintenanceExperience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tool suiteAbility to learn about technical concepts related to Trace capabilitiesCommunication skills to explain key benefits/challenges of opportunities to business unit personnel and managementProblem solving, organization and time management skills to balance competing prioritiesExperience reviewing contractual agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts, etc.Familiarity with defense contracting tools, including but not limited to: FBO, GovWin, Seaport, GovTribe, etc.Xator Corporation provides equal opportunity to all applicants for employment as required by and/or consistent with applicable country law and company policy.
