Overview

Corgan seeks a Business Development Director to join our growing firm.

Responsibilities

The Director will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new and upcoming project opportunities within the Atlanta office, developing key owner and other stakeholder relationships and assisting with developing and executing a project pursuit strategy in collaboration with sector leadership.
  • Building and maintaining a network of key industry contacts and relationships, including consultants, contractors, developers and financers in order to gather market intelligence and to support project pursuits.
  • Overall coordination and tracking of business development efforts in the sector in close collaboration with the sector leadership.
Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Communications or a related field and at least five years of experience in business development, sales or a related field. Experience working in the architecture, engineering or construction industry is required as well as extensive experience in the Atlanta market specifically.

 

The position requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and CRM. A professional appearance, strong written and verbal skills and the ability to favorably represent the firm in the industry are also required.

  • Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion managers.
