About Business Development Executive

What does a Business Development Executive do?

As Business Development Executives, we are responsible for driving company sales by resourcing new customers and convincing existing clients to purchase new offerings. We play an important role in the company’s longevity. We find and retain clients, encourage extant clients to purchase added products, and keep a close eye on clients’ feedback. We ensure that the company’s products and services always exceed customer satisfaction. Procuring new clients through direct contact and attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients is part of our daily responsibilities. We maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and suggest upgrades and services that could benefit clients. Working as Business Development Executives, we negotiate with business clients to ensure the most effective prices. We also review client’s feedback and implement necessary changes.
