What does a Business Development Specialist do?

For a business to continue flourishing, our service as Business Development Specialists is required. We have managerial competencies, through the study, understanding, analysis and application of business management instruments. This allows the identification of business opportunities or the formulation of management models in functional units in any organization. Our analysis, evaluation and projection of the organization as a whole, seeks to align with the administrative, economic and social situation. This characterizes the environment, to provide knowledge and a holistic vision of the business management functions that must be carried out.

Core tasks:

  • propose organizational models of business development
  • design, direct and implement change and innovation processes
  • propose business plans as a solution to the needs of the local and regional context
  • formulate, implement and develop applied research processes with particularly useful results
  • propose a better plan for a failing business
  • identify effective and noneffective business strategy of the existing business
