Job Description

Description Acuity Systems has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and accomplished Business Process Management Lead to join our team to lead development and cloud deployments BPM/Case Management platform. Platform s stack includes but is not limited to: AWS, SoftwareAG Digital Business Platform (former webMethods), Alfresco Document Services, Analytical Tools, and RDBMS technologies Responsibilities: Lead implementation of BPM functions using iterative development methodology Assess, analyze, and condition functional requirements in close collaboration with BAs and developers Document detailed functional requirements in JIRA and Confluence Design implementation of in-scope functionality and integration points Develop BPM functions and integration points per approved design, integration contracts, and verified acceptance criteria Define BPM reporting, audit, technical specifications and data definitions Configure BPM rules, expressions, and queries Support developed code with unit code test cases Conduct code reviews Closely collaborate with DevSecOps on implementing and maturing Continuous Deployment model Basic Qualifications: Previous successful BPM project implementations (5 years) Iterative development and Agile methodology (5 years) Process mapping using BPMN 2.0 (3 years) Development and use of BPM models, rules, expressions (5 years) Data Management through Complex Data Types, XSD s, and SQL queries (5 years) Diagramming using UML and BPMN notation (3 years) Has exceptional verbal, written communication, and leadership skills and a command of the English language Desired Qualifications: Has in-depth knowledge of and experience developing project plans; experience planning, developing, and deploying and securing infrastructure and storage solutions designed in a Cloud environment; and managing cloud-computing technology projects, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
