What does a Business Relationship Manager do?

As Business Relationship Managers, we are responsible for initiating and developing relationships with clients for business growth. We coordinate with clients, understand the business needs, and explore opportunities for growth. We provide business advice and consultancy to clients in an effective manner. We remain updated on recent industry trends and develop and maintain detailed business plans for client projects. Working with management teams in developing timely solutions for clients and conducting business reviews on a periodic basis is part of our daily responsibilities. We contact and follow clients for new opportunities. Working as Business Relationship Managers, we address customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. We provide business advice and maintain knowledge of the company’s products, pricing, and policies.
