About Buyer Planner

What does a Buyer Planner do?

As buyer planners, we are concerned with the company’s relations with the vendors and other clients. Our primary responsibilities include entering work and purchasing orders. Our job requires us to be experts in identifying the quality of products at affordable prices. Our additional tasks include negotiating with clients to settle deals and providing all goods arrive in a timely manner. As buyer planners, we have to provide support to other company departments as well. Our job requires us to have exceptional communication skills and punctuality.

Core tasks:

  • analyzing messages from systems to place orders in a timely manner
  • providing cost reduction and working to improve quality of goods
  • supervising inventories and making sure about the appropriate flow of goods
