CABI (Center for Agriculture and Bioscience International) is an international, intergovernmental, non-profit organisation that enhances people's lives around the world by offering scientific expertise, applying it, and disseminating research findings. It is a non-profit intergovernmental development and knowledge organization that was established in 1910 and headquartered in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, England. CABI has collaborated with IPPC Contracting Parties, in both developed and developing countries, to enforce the International Plant Protection Convention, with a particular emphasis on agricultural and environmental policies. It participates in a number of sponsored programs that address this problem including commodity crops, invasive insects, and science communication are the topics of discussion.
