About Cafe Manager

What does a Cafe Manager do?

As Cafe Managers, we are responsible for supervising the daily operations of the cafe. We optimize every sales opportunity by ensuring the effective execution of cafe operations. We also train and coach staff members. Ensuring health and safety protocols is also part of our duty. We execute scheduling and deployment of cafe servers to provide optimal customer service. We assist in recruiting and developing new employees by conducting various evaluations. Working as Cafe Managers, we are responsible for ensuring product quality. We also manage inventory levels by ordering and receiving cafe essentials. Finally, we supervise the maintenance and repair of various equipment.

Core tasks:

  • collaborating with store managers to evaluate employee performance
  • assisting in the resolution of customer issues following the company's standards and policies
  • supporting the implementation of quality, cost, and service improvement initiatives
