In 1955, Cagwin & Dorward was established. Landscape Maintenance, Tree Care, Landscape Construction, Water Management, Erosion Control, and Environmental Restoration are all services provided by this full-service landscape company, which serves Northern California. After working 2080 hours, employees are entitled to one week of paid vacation. The vacation bonus varies by years of service and ranges from one to four weeks of paid vacation. Each year, their employees are entitled to seven (7) paid holidays. Employees, their spouses, and qualifying dependents are eligible for group health insurance after 90 days of continuous work. Each employee receives a substantial base medical benefits amount. After one year of continuous work, employees are eligible. Employee profits are dispersed in December for the current fiscal year.
