About Cake Decorator

What does a Cake Decorator do?

As Cake Decorators, we collaborate with the baker and customers to discuss and check the feasibility of their desired cake designs and cake decorating ideas for specialty cakes. We design and decorate cakes according to customers' specifications by adding certain fruits, artistic drawings, write names and add toys. We also decorate regular bakery items such as Bread, Cookies, and Croissant according to established bakery standards and make them as appetizing as possible. We assist the baker with the production of standard bakery items before opening the bakery.

Core tasks:

  • produce various kinds of icing, frosting, and cake fillings
  • sanitize the work area and oven on a regular basis
  • ensure the polishing and stocking of the display refrigerators
