California ISO is a nonprofit public corporation that ensures the flow of electricity high-voltage and long-distance power lines of the grid that serves 80% of California and some parts of Nevada. Since 1998, the ISO controls the routing of electrons, maximizing transmission system efficiency and generation resources, and supervising the maintenance of the lines. They are committed to leading the way to the future's energy network through reliable, sustainable, resilient, efficient, and responsive services.
