What does a Call Center Agent do?

As Call Center Agents, we are responsible for managing inbound calls from customers. We also serve to identify the needs of customers. We clarify the information and collect the missing data. Providing solutions or alternates for the customer’s needs is also part of our daily duty. We make efforts to manage and exceed call center metrics by ensuring professional customer service. Working as Call Center Agents, we are also responsible for keeping a record of all call center database conversations. We also adhere to the standards and policies provided by the company. Finally, we make recommendations for improvements following customer requirements and market trends.
