The parent organization is Account Control Technology Holdings, Inc. Dale Van Dellen is the founder/Chairman of ACT. The Chief Executive Officer is Mike Meyer. ACT delivers services in consultative debt recovery, handle legally enforcement claims, portfolio management services, and other business process outsourcing services for industries related to consumer finance, education, government, telecom, utility service facilities, and more.

At our contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments. Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts. Each call is uniqueyoull never get bored! Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit! High School diploma or equivalent FDCPA knowledge preferred Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude Ability to problem solve and multitask Willingness to maintain confidentiality Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
