What does a Call Center Representative do?

As Call Center Representatives, we are responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and building a positive rapport with every caller. We keep customer satisfaction at the forefront of every decision. We understand customer's needs, explain information, and provide solutions. Meeting team qualitative and quantitative targets is also a part of our duty. We build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile. Working as Call Center Representatives, we are responsible for seizing opportunities to upsell items when they arise. We promote brands by acting as a brand ambassadors to the customers. We document and update customer records based on communication. Finally, we provide product information in detail to the customers.
