Training is still a work in progress and shoot from the hip, but was held to a higher standard as if one was fully trained. Once you are able to get 8 hrs of work there is always more they will put on your plate. 12 hrs worth of work crammed into 8 hrs of paid time and you had better be perfect or they will keep score unless you have been there longer then they can make the same mistakes but that gets over looked
Pros and Cons
Great perks, Mon-Fri work and no weekend work. Most employees are awesome.
trail by fire, learn/train on the fly at best Expects more than 8 hrs allows.
