About Campaign Coordinator

What does a Campaign Coordinator do?

As Campaign Coordinators, we participate in requirements gathering and design process with our clients, Account Management, and Analytics teams. We also assist with project management for multiple campaigns from the beginning to the end, ensuring that they meet the targeted objective. We are tasked with working and communicating production schedules across various teams and ensure that the specified marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within the specified budget. We assist with developing and maintaining campaign package components such as copy and form codes, version tracking, and assignment.

Core tasks:

  • handle daily communications with print vendors and account teams
  • maintain program schedules to ensure campaign execution stays on track
  • monitor print, postage, and production costs to ensure compliance with the budget
