Capella University

This was an overall horrible experience. I was talked down to and chastised at every turn. An unfriendly message came to me about me on accident from one of the staff and when asked about it, she lied. The message had my name in it and the information she provided about the situation was a lie within itself. I was asked my opinion about a particular situation and because my answer was no, I was talked down to by the top individual in the department who had nothing to do with the conversation. The situation was not up to me, but I was asked my opinion and she took it upon herself to interject in the conversation. When I was contacted by HR to be fired, the individuals I worked with tried to turn it around and play the victim. But they did not know I had full records of my entire experience. After the investigation, the true toxic element was noted and it was the staff at the university. There is a lot of favoritism here. I do not recommend it.

Working as a part-time tutor was a positive experience. Capella offers opportunities to students with an excellent GPA. My supervisor is very friendly and offers excellent support. Capella fosters a team atmosphere that makes working enjoyable. I would recommend working as Flex-Path Tutor is possible.
