Started out in auto which was decent, wanted to progress and moved up as far and promotions and that's when everything went left. Unprofessional biiig time in business banking. It was ridiculous for the employees and the customers. Tried to report all the unprofessional parts that was going on and "NO ONE " wanted to listen, and it's like you're marked and treated unfairly after you report the wrong doing. Sad...

It os a nice place to work, bit the management is not the best, there is a lot of favoritism and if you work as a temporary contractor you are not recognized as an employee they see you as a number and you do not get any review and if they do not need you they let you go with no explanation,it is a lot to learn because they have in-house applications and softwares that you can use and have some hans on. They give you a load of work every month bigger and bigger and you do not see any raise,if you ask for one they limit you to use the tools to help the customers and make you look bad and come back to you stating that you cannot get the raise because of your performance. For college students or just to get some experience it is ok.

Covid put a halt on previous job. Answered an ad, got hired within 2 weeks. Was given equipment, laptop, headset, hard drive to use as long as I was employed. Training was a blast! Was like zoom meetings. It is a great place to work, I just missed my other profession.

Well known for cyclical layoffs. I've known too many professionals impacted by this company's lack of employee loyalty.

Pros and Cons
Pay can be higher but not worth it compared to work life balance.
Lack of work life balance if you're not in management.

I was only able to work here for about a year before they closed down and moved locations. This was a fun place to work, stressful at times (especially if you’re shy) but pay and bonuses were worth it. My boss was absolutely amazing and made you feel more comfortable when you were stressed or frustrated.

Pros and Cons
Fun atmosphere, training, company outings, games, bonuses
Dealing with irate customers on phone
