I worked for over 6 months, they are not well organized. They treat employees badly, make racist remarks, make false accusations. Fire people for no good reason. Gives almost no overtime. And gives no other benefit. The majority of supervisors and team leader are not qualified for their position.

Pros and Cons
Nothing good
Without respect for their employee, disorganized and without any benefits

There wasn't the best staff all the time, but the staff that was good was extraordinary. I definitely learned a lot about money from my time at Capstone Logistics.

Pros and Cons
It was nightshift which I was already accustom to
Long, tiring, but worth it if you can make it.

I've worked for them for half a year and it was about the worse experience an employee can go through. The company is a scam !! They are always being sued. I don't see how they are still operating..... They never pay you , family favoritism. Shut it down now!!

Pros and Cons
Travelling to different states
It's a scam

While there are women who work in the offices of corporate, it is very sexist in the warehouse. Women are low on totem pole and paid less.

Do not like being paid based on production. The more experienced employees are always the ones to get the better pay. Was lucky if I brought home $300 a week. Not a bad check but I was used to making almost double that in an hourly paycheck. Other than pay based on production for the assignment I was working for it Capstone Logistics was a good company to work for.

Pros and Cons
Nice friendly environment
Pay based on production

The company itself is a good company with great benefits and good pay. Thinking that you working with prior military people, it should be a pretty good transition and should have excellent teamwork but I found out that there are people that worried about getting ahead and doing it themselves than working as a team and I didn't need that.

Pros and Cons
Good pay and benefits
Back stabbing, disrespectful leadership, no cohesive, poor leadership from Program managers
