I enjoyed my time at Stritch, but the culture was very "cliquish" if you were not a part of those who had worked there for a long time, you were not accepted. The salary was low for the work product expected to be produced. They were very rigid with their ability to change working habits. I could not work in that type of environment that espoused love, and in the background, it was just like every other poorly run business environment.

at that time if you had free time you could take courses for free but I think they closed that hole
