What does a Cardiologist do?

As cardiologists, we are in charge of dealing with cardiovascular diseases. As cardiologists, we diagnosis the illness and treat the patients accordingly. We perform diagnostic tests, perform screenings, and take all steps that help in the early detection of diseases. Our duty is to keep in touch with patients, their families, nursing staff, and medical specialists. We also prescribe medicines to new patients and change the ongoing treatment of a patient. As cardiologists are job requires us to be on the go all the time because cardiovascular emergencies require immediate treatment. We also perform surgeries and create disease management plans.
