About Care Connector

What does a Care Connector do?

As the care connectors, we are responsible for the data recording and monitoring tasks. Our role requires us to make all the data entries into hospital records. Other than this, we also check if the patient is eligible for the services at any hospital’s departments. Also, as the care connectors, we are responsible for overseeing the client’s intake partnership. Along with all these roles, we connect the patients to doctors. We are also responsible for fulfilling the patient’s needs during their stay at the hospital.

Core tasks:

  • demonstrating customer care skills
  • ensuring customer/patient satisfaction
  • documenting patient’s progress
  • acting as a communication source between health care specialists and patients
