What does a Career Coach do?

As Career Coaches, we are tasked with advising job seekers on which job to take based on their current resume and market needs while assisting them in modifying their resume and application approach to boost their chances of getting hired. We assist young students in determining the right degree to pursue based on the tuition cost, salary return, and current/future market needs. We also advise job seekers on what skills to develop or software to master in order to give them a competitive advantage over their competition. We ensure that jobseekers understand the importance of negotiating their salary.
