ConnectiveRx was created in 2015 when three expert firms came together with one purpose in mind: to simplify and support the patient journey through innovation and integration. PSKW, a pioneer in affordability, LDM, a leader in adherence, and the revered Physicians' Desk Reference (PDR), now the Prescribers' Digital Reference, teamed up with the goal of assisting patients in starting and staying on therapy in a simple and efficient manner. They joined with Careform, a Pittsburgh-based pioneer in technology-enabled specialty medicine hub services, in 2017 because they saw a rising need to facilitate patient access to and adherence to specialty prescriptions. To unify, support, and celebrate their accomplishment, they sponsor a number of company-wide initiatives, such as team events, cultural and holiday celebrations, self-care programs and workshops, and teammate recognition and awards programs. They provide tools and chances to empower their teammates to gain new skills and improve in their jobs in order to support their investment in their teammates' continuous growth.
