What does a Caregiver do?

As Caregivers, we are responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, and meals according to the individual plans. We encourage and allow residents to care for themselves as much as possible. We respond to the needs of clients with respect and attention to safety standards. Our responsibility entails the provision of assistance to clients through companionship and regular conversation. We engage with our clients to promote independence and maintaining their respect and dignity. We also our clients to plan, prepare meals, and schedule for grocery shopping. We work to ensure there is a safe environment.

He’s you can make food money. If you can get your certified nurse aide and your CMAIII. Depending on your state depends on how to go- in Texas it’s just MA and that covers all including mess etc. where I am a CNA cannot pass meds and most companies will not hire them without the certification
