I was targeted for doing the right thing and not doing everything they asked me to do. I have seen at least 12 PMs and PCs left (fired) in less than one year. The escalations and HR complaints were sent by many individuals all the way to 2nd and 3rd in commands but nothing happened.
Pros and Cons
I didn't see any Pros
No boundaries, no segregation of duties, nor effort to improve organizational performance.

I worked there for 8 years, pay is very good. However recognition and promotions are not fairly given to employees, no matter how hard you work it’s never fast enough or accurate
Pros and Cons
Pay is very good
Promotions and recognitions are not fairly given

I was promoted to my position. Unfortunately it became extremely stressful trying to manage all forms of scheduling, reporting and analytics for at least 3 different lines of business. It was enough for at least 2 people to handle. I went to HR for help because I didn't want to leave. I had been there 7 yrs. I asked for help in finding another position and I was willing to take less pay. I was told I probably would end up leaving eventually if demoting myself, to leave and maybe gain other experience at another company and then return. I did that and came back as a temp to hire. This is what I still do not understand. I was blatantly lied on but once, but twice and was let go. No option to really speak with someone who would actually listen. I had been a loyal employee 7 years, came to work everyday and even gave an entire month's notice for departure, but no one in management or HR would help me. This situation has been and still disheartening. I asked for help and was ousted.
Pros and Cons
Great working facilities and amenities, promoted good health for employees, great benefits
A lot of stressful and unnecessary politics, and appear to have no recourse for saving your job

staff worked at least 60-70 hours and were never caught up; managers were not sympathetic and just pushed for more work. After I resigned, a manager contacted the Ohio Board of Nursing to file a compliant claiming that i had lied about a visit.
Pros and Cons
good salary
too many case loads, not enough time in day
