Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide residents with exceptional customer service and foster good resident relations
2. Maintain and complete Work Order requests
3. Perform follow up calls on Work Order requests
4. Maintain preventive maintenance schedule
5. Work after-hours emergency on-call rotation, as scheduled
6. Perform apartment turnover duties
7. Maintain MSDS and follow all safety procedures
8. Maintain lock out/tag out station of keys
9. Maintain apartment lighting and snow logs
10. Monitor HVAC equipment and pools, if applicable
11. Work in extremes of climate/temperature (-20 to 110 degrees), rain, snow
12. Keep all interior and exterior common areas clean on a daily basis, to include the following tasks:
a. Sweep, vacuum, mop, polish and strip floors
b. Clean windows
c. Spot-wash stained walls and doors
d. Remove garbage from receptacles and inset plastic liners
e. Assist with snow removal, sweeping, watering/weeding and debris pick up
13. Replace light bulbs
14. Clean debris from vacant apartments and garages
