After, 2008 the Tensolite name was changed to Carlisle Interconnect Technologies. The corporate headquarter is located in St. Augustine, Florida, the United States. It has additional offices located worldwide, including California, Washington, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Mexico, Switzerland, China, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. One of the subsidiaries is Research Engineering & Design, Inc. It is a publicly traded company. Carlisle, IT is one of the world's leading research laboratories with experienced designers and manufacturers of high-performance wire and cable, including optical fiber, commercial possibilities of various plastics, and synthetic fibers. The Carlisle IT provides high-performance interconnect components and delivers comprehensive solutions and services for aerospace, military, space, test and measurement, industrial and medical technology markets.
