Not a lot of flexibility in the hours so it’s hard on those with young families. The money was great, they brought in mentors to support our learning and training at the customer experience center so I was confident in my job. Lots of recognition and check-ins with group and team meetings. Overall a great place to work, just the commute was personally straining for me. I would go back, one of my favorite jobs.

Beginning as an sales consultant, it was incumbent upon me to learn our inventory systems, (i.e. makes, models, features, etc), office procedures for sales and appraisals, and how to submit and interpret results of credit apps. Once mastered, the sales position is easier. As with any sales position, the harder and smarter one works, the better the income.
Pros and Cons
Occasional lunches, birthday recognition, and accomplishments announced at quarterly meetings.
Shifts varied week to week, difficult to predict a day off or setting personal appts.

This place needs to be made into a comedy. You are made accountable for breathing in and breathing out. It is part of the managers job to write you up, good or bad, for anything they can find almost on a daily basis. They call them observations. Depending on the manager and how they feel about you they can only write bad observations. Even making them up. I believe they do this so that if there ever is an issue, they have plenty of ammunition to let you go. If you want to be scrutinized for and watched everything you do and say, then this is the place for you. Micromanaging at its worst.
