About Carpenter Foreman

What does a Carpenter Foreman do?

As Carpenter Foremen, we supervise the company’s Carpenters during their day-to-day activities such as fitting and assembling lumber and plywood, and other materials which will be used as concrete forms. We also ensure that the company’s safety guidelines and standards are followed at all times while the Carpenters erect scaffolding to access above-ground areas. We accurately measure and mark exact cutting lines on materials through the use of rulers, pencils, chalks, and marking gauges as required.

  • verify the trueness of structure, and check for plumbs
  • work with other team members to perform emergency repairs
  • maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
