Worked for Carrier Corp (now a Watsco Co.) for almost 7 years. Great working relationships with colleagues, however, upper management weak on employee recognition. I left the company as a result of a reorganization due to purchase of the distribution side of the company by Watsco, Inc.

Management does not know how to treat employees. No raises. Constantly changing your hours and job discription
