About Carrier Sales Representative

What does a Carrier Sales Representative do?

As Carrier Sales Representatives, we are tasked with coordinating with the upper management and the client’s sales specialists to negotiate freight rates based on their product’s weight and distance. We coordinate available customer freight in the company with any available motor carrier equipment to deliver on time while providing regular customer support. We also work with technicians to perform regular repairs and equipment inspections to avoid malfunctions.

Core tasks:

  • coordinate with CS teams to follow-up on back feedback
  • manage the company’s performance expectations
