I worked in the Customer Service Department, learning the various products offered. After a few years I was transferred to the Warranty Department and approved or denied claims. A few years later I was transferred to the Inventory Department and made sure to keep the stores and the main hub with enough stock for the customers.

The senior staff that had been there treated new hires very badly!! They were very rude and were not helpful in learning any aspect of this position because they felt threatened by the presence of a new hire. This stress was enough for me to quit this job.
