CARTI is a not-for-profit cancer care provider offering medical, radiation, interventional, surgical oncology and diagnostic radiology. Founded in 1976, CARTI serves more than 20,000 cancer patients annually. CARTI is a team of expert providers treating all types of adult cancer and blood disorders with a full spectrum of treatment modalities, including surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy, as well as diagnostic radiology. Over the years, CARTI has delivered the world’s most advanced forms of cancer care in a compassionate, patient-centred environment. CARTI is staffed with a team of high-calibre medical, surgical and radiation oncologists and diagnostic radiologists. As caregivers and team members, CARTI colleagues are an amazing group of people who genuinely care for the people they serve. The team members at CARTI, are the most valuable resource, which is one reason CARTI has a minimum wage of $15 per hour, 50% higher than Arkansas’ required minimum wage.
