As Case Aides, we are responsible for facilitating community operations. It is our responsibility to provide administrative support to clients. We work with case management department to ensure case management services are provided to clients appropriately. Preparing necessary paperwork for clients is also part of our duty. We assist clients in scheduling appointments and in their transportation. We also refer clients to other specialists for provision of additional services. It is our prime duty to maintain confidential case files of clients and submit or receive documents as per requirements. We perform case management operations while keeping in mind guidelines and principles of case management.
