Your success at Catalent is based on "who you know" versus the actual amount or quality of work that you do for the compnay. Managment is very unprofessional and degrading with how they handle work disputes. Your worries and concerns will not be taken seriously or acknowledged. If you're working within a team of people, everyone within that team will NOT be treated fairly. This issue is also overlooked by higher ups and management. The work-home life ratio is very inconsistent and you will be exptected to be on call at all times without compensation.

Pros and Cons

Culture and Values
As an employee in 2019, I’m not sure if the culture and values of employees has changed but there were a lot of priority and favoritism when it came down to job security, training and advancement. It was like a revolving door…new people every week and those who were there were either leaving or getting fired. A lot of kiss-up, sabotage and retaliation.

Was great place until we got a new general manger and he laid off 400 people WITH NO NOTICE. He has no idea what he’s doing because he’s never worked on the floor he just makes all the decisions from his office without knowing how it’ll impact the workers and how they do their jobs.

Pros and Cons
Decent pay but could be better
Everything except pay

I was offered a position in June. I didn't receive my offer letter until July 7 2022. That is only because I took the initiative to call. Joseph Mesa and Gabriella Parracho are both unprofessional, unorganized and prejudice. Due to being a woman of color I have been giving the run around. Immediately after signing my offer letter I was supposed to receive my drug and background. I still haven't and Joseph Mesa made a point to reiterate that it I an extensive background. Not all people of color have issues with drug and background!. I would not recommend this job to a stranger let alone a friend or family member.

Pros and Cons
Salary and Hours
People of color are not given fair opportunities

At the time it was a spin off from Cardinal Health and departments and people were attempting to impress upper management who were new to the company. this lead to unnessary changes and re-organizations.

Pros and Cons
People were great and at the time, plenty of work.
management tried to assert controls over other departments that were wrong and didn't work out.
