About Caterer

What does a Caterer do?

We, caterers, design and create the menus, proofread them and submit them to the clients. We are responsible for providing catering services to small events as well as large-scale events. We ensure proper organization of food items during meal preparation and deliveries. Our duties include ensuring that menu items meet the customers’ expectations through practice runs. We organize the ingredients for every recipe for different events. As caterers, we finalize the menu items and prepare our teams for events. We transport the cutlery and food to the event venues to ensure smooth and efficient activities.

Core tasks:

  • loading and unloading the silverware and plates
  • serving the food and clearing the dishware
  • setting up the buffet areas
