About Catering Manager

What does a Catering Manager do?

As Catering Managers, we are responsible for supervising catering events from start to finish. We train, coach, and counsel employees. We monitor the preparation and service of food and beverages to ensure compliance with orders. Overseeing catering procedures to ensure an optimal level of service is also part of our duty. We calculate and review checks to ensure accuracy. We also present these checks to customers for signatures to confirm payments. Working as Catering Managers, we are responsible for maintaining catering area following company's standards and policies. We also take measures to protect various assets under our domain. Finally, we track and record labor and other costs for each event.
