Description
As Catering Sales Managers, we collect and document customers’ requirements such as event dates and number of guests for the event and forward any potential food allergies to the cooking departments to avoid having medical emergencies. We also purchase various ingredients based on the menu while ensuring their freshness and that they arrive on time to avoid potential setbacks. We negotiate prices down with exterior vendors to get better pricing in exchange for more orders and brand loyalty.
