I enjoyed my experience with ADP but CDK was not ADP. Once ADP transitioned to CDK most benefits and company culture slowing worsen. I never enjoyed my experience after the change, my life has improved exponentially since leaving CDK.

Pros and Cons
Decent Benefits
CDK is not ADP, far from it. This company only cares about themselves and not their employee s.

Worked with a lot of great people and learned a lot during my time with Cdk. Unfortunately they do not like to compensate fairly for the job, and there is an incredible lack of communication between upper management and everyone else.

Pros and Cons
The job ends when you clock out
Uncompetitive salary. lack of communication between upper management and everyone else
