About
Description
As CDL Truck Drivers, we are trustworthy and responsible for transporting goods from our distribution center to any part of the country using tractor trailers and heavy trucks. We have to reach restaurants and retailers throughout the country within the designated time. Before we move, we should perform safety checks of steering column, brakes, lights and mirrors so that our trip should be smooth and uninterrupted. We also need to observe and maintain loading protocols by using chains and binders in order to secure the cargo and load.
Core tasks:
- distributing goods from the distribution center to the designated location anywhere in the country
- visiting weigh stations is a mandatory rule before and after you pack and move to any state to meet the safety regulations
- following and maintaining loading protocols and re-checking the stability of the truck
- assisting in unloading cargo loads in case other delivery sites are understaffed
