CDPHP and its affiliates, which were created in 1984 as a physician-based and supervised health plan, now provide a comprehensive range of products to members in 24 counties across New York. CDPHP has a unique viewpoint on health care coverage: one that is focused on the health of its members. CDPHP's objective is to provide quality health coverage at an affordable price, and it does so by allowing employers and members to select from a wide range of products. Routine care, check-ups, maternity and postnatal care, mammograms, preventive screenings, and kid vaccines are all included in CDPHP's comprehensive benefit packages, which cater to a wide range of member needs. Members of the CDPHP can also take use of free wellness programs such as nutrition, yoga, nutrition, and stress management to help them live a better lifestyle.
