CDW is a great place to start your career in technology sales. They have a six week classroom training that is top notch. Even if you know nothing about technology, you will have a conversational grasp after graduating. Then there is continuous education throughout your career. The people at CDW are amazing. The culture is top notch. The only drawback is the base salary for sales is only $25k.

Pros and Cons
Great culture. Great place to start a career.
For sales, the base salary is only $25k

My time at CDW was my first step into the world of Information Technology. While brief, I learned how to practically apply the knowledge I previously learned.

Pros and Cons
Good food, moderate pressure, occasional free food, helpful coworkers, climate control

I must say that CDW is a good place to work, because of its people. I was a contractor from Manpower, and was hired after 4 months of CDW. From there after a year I was promoted from my new position. I would say that there's really a career growth working in CDW. There's always positions that you can always apply to and explore.

Pros and Cons
free lunch and great bonuses.
Nothing much from my experienced except you can't wear watches and even fitbit at work.
