About Cellar Worker

What does a Cellar Worker do?

As cellar workers, we are in charge of the tasks related with the fermentation vault. Our primary job duty is to sanitize fermentation reservoirs. Our additional job duty involves shifting beer from one container to the other. We have to make sure that the beer is transported slowly and in an aseptic way. Our job responsibility is to monitor the complete procedure of formation of the beer. We also have to monitor the conserving of beer to the suitable level. We also have to clean and sanitize products and other machines.

Core tasks:

  • double-checking the volume of carbon dioxide throughout the procedure
  • coordinating with the packaging staff and delivering beer when ready
  • cleaning all the tanks and perform complete fermentation checks
