Center for Elders Independence team will partner to build a customized care plan that may include some or all of the services of CEI. These rely on the medical conditions, which, over time, can change. When their respondents are sheltering at home, most of their care is provided through telehealth and homecare. With phone calls and zoom procedures, they deliver meals and check-in. Everyone at CEI works to ensure that their seniors with low incomes stay independent within their communities.
