The Centre for Disability Care has been one of the major providers of disability programmes and services in the Upper New York city for people with disabilities for over 75 years. With over 80 sites across 15 states, over 12,000 residents, ranging from children, older citizens and their families, are provided with programmes and facilities annually. Services cover cerebral paralysis, intellectual disorders, multiple sclerosis, autism spectrum disorder, epilepsy, spina-bifida, TBI and down syndrome. They provide services with about 300 separate impairment diagnoses. Additional resources will be offered by the Target High Resource Centre's Down Syndrome, and our affiliates: the Queesbury Prospect Center and St. Margaret's Center in Albany.
