Center Point

I worked with center point for the in prison contract program, and let me just say the experience was almost horrible. The culture of the agency is unhealthy, almost like being in an abusive relationship. You tip toe not knowing if you are going to get a phone call about what you did wrong, and what type of punishment you are going to get, even if it was truly a mistake. The agency does not care about its frontline employees. As long as you show up, they could careless about the well-being of staff.
